Our Signature Cocktail

Pure Forest

Ingredients
  • 5cl Wilhelm
  • 2cl Lemon juice
  • 1,5 cl Vermouth
  • 0,5cl Sugar syrup
  • 1 TL Orange jam
  • Rosemary

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, including the jam. Shake vigorously and strain into a whiskey tumbler filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fine strips of orange zest, like you would find in jam.
