Master Don

Ingredients

  • 3,5 cl NEEDLE Masterpiece Gin
  • 1,5 cl Elderflower Syrup
  • 1,5 cl Don Pasquale Limoncello
  • Egg white
  • Sparkling wine
  • Lemon zest

Shake all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, vigorously and pour over ice. Strain into a Don Pasquale glass and top up with sparkling wine
